Our Board
Our association fosters the exchange of information and experience among members and acts as a group contact for authorities on the subject of renting out holiday apartments. Our positions rest on facts and studies – traceable in our Sources.

Why We Rent Out Holiday Apartments
We value contact with our guests and are happy when they return home satisfied and rested after their holiday.
Some of us rent out individual rooms in our own home. This gives them the closest contact with guests.
Guest reviews show that hosting is also a rewarding experience for us – meeting new people is part of the appeal.
Our Proposal on Short-Term Rentals
More Effort Is Also Possible
Others rent out furnished apartments and take on a bit more work: furnishing the unit, organising cleaning, round-the-clock guest care.
We all advise guests on activities in the Jungfrau region and sometimes put together excursions for them.
Our restaurant recommendations are very popular.
Additional activities are offered by some hosts on request: paragliding, hiking, mountain trekking.
Some hosts even pick guests up on foot from the train station, pointing out the Jungfrau and the nearest Coop along the way.
The Variety of Our Roles
All in all, we are a diverse group with different offerings for guests who value contact with local hosts.
What we all share: we love hosting and enjoy the interaction with our guests.
At the same time, we are employers for guest care staff and cleaning personnel, or do this work ourselves.
